Scholarly Commons serves as an open access digital repository, housing the valuable research, scholarship, and creative works of the esteemed faculty, students, and staff at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As part of this transformative project, our role involved revitalizing the website, which had not undergone any significant design updates in over a decade. The primary objective was to deliver a fresh, contemporary design that aligns with the evolving needs of both the client and the university, while adhering to accessibility standards and maintaining the university's brand identity. This task required a cohesive approach, blending timeless elements with modern design principles. The redesigned Scholarly Commons website now serves as a visually compelling and accessible platform that showcases the university's intellectual contributions to a wider audience.
