ADDITIONAL TERMS

In addition to the above Terms, the following additional terms apply to your use of the Services: Work Created by Wake: All work created by Wake, including but not limited to content, graphics, and software, remains the property of Wake until the project is completed and the user has paid all applicable fees. Once the project is completed and all applicable fees have been paid, ownership of the work created by Wake will be transferred to the user. Cancellation of Contracts: Wake reserves the right to cancel contracts at its discretion. If a contract is canceled, Wake will provide notice of cancellation to the user and provide a refund of any fees paid by the user for services that were not provided. Changes to Terms: Wake reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
